2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings require a deposit to secure the event date. The remaining balance must be paid before the event.
  • Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.
  • Failure to complete the payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking without a refund of the deposit.
  • Booking confirmations will be sent via email once the payment has been received.
  • The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all guests adhere to these terms and conditions.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
  • In the event that The Gaming Party Bus must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., mechanical failure, extreme weather, or staff illness), you will be offered a reschedule or full refund.
  • If the event is canceled due to the customer’s failure to meet the payment deadline or provide a suitable parking location, no refund will be given.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request.

4. Event and Usage Policy

  • The gaming bus will arrive at the agreed location 15-30 minutes before the event for setup.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that there is adequate parking space for the gaming bus. The space should be legal, level, and accessible for a vehicle of this size.
  • Guests must follow all instructions given by the gaming hosts to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • The Gaming Party Bus is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
  • Time extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Safety and Conduct

  • Our staff will supervise gameplay, but children under 8 years must have an adult present at all times.
  • Any misconduct, disruptive behavior, or damage to our equipment will result in immediate termination of the event without a refund.
  • Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the gaming bus.
  • Any guests who are deemed intoxicated or behaving inappropriately may be refused entry to the gaming bus.
  • Players must use all gaming equipment responsibly. Any intentional damage caused by guests will be charged to the booking party.

6. Liability and Damage

  • The Gaming Party Bus is not liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues that occur during gameplay.
  • The customer is responsible for any damages caused to the gaming bus or its equipment due to misuse, negligence, or deliberate actions.
  • If a guest experiences discomfort due to motion sickness, flashing lights, or screen exposure, they should stop playing immediately.
  • Any damage caused by guests will be billed to the booking party at the cost of repairs or replacements.

7. Weather Policy

  • Our gaming bus is climate-controlled and operates in most weather conditions, including light rain and cold temperatures.
  • If extreme weather conditions (such as heavy snow, flooding, or high winds) prevent safe travel, we will work with you to reschedule the event at no additional cost.
  • In the event of sudden bad weather during gameplay, we will determine whether the session can continue or needs to be paused or rescheduled.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We collect basic customer information for booking and communication purposes only.
  • Personal data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
  • All payment transactions are processed securely, and we do not store credit card information.
